CLOUS solves the problem of complexity, time and cost pressure in (CAD) engineering of machine and plant manufacturers by enabling new ways of collaboration

OUR
OFFER
01
FAST
By splitting design tasks manually or automatically into many independent tasks, the entire task can be completed much faster through parallelization.
02
DE-CENTRALIZED DESIGN
Easy access for companies, internal engineers, engineers from the home office or external service providers. This enables seamless collaboration.
03
Global outsourcing
With clous you will find the matching engineers for your created tasks worldwide. Due to the splitting up into many smaller tasks, the engineer in charge no longer knows what the overall solution will look like. Thus, his own IP and that of his own customers is always preserved.

01 Start model
02 Project setup
03 Deployment

04 Working on
New requirements of the customer to be implemented.
The start model is automatically divided by one of the clous algorithms or manually into subtasks that can be processed independently.
The subtasks are enriched with additional information and provided centrally.
External as well as internal engineers have access to the subtasks and can work on them in parallel.

05 Submission
06 Review process
07 Synthesis

08 clous
The solutions of the subtasks are submitted.
To ensure quality, a review process takes place after submission.
The finished solutions are assembled by the clous.engine to a total solution in CAD.
Thanks to clous, the customer's requirements were implemented efficiently and with respect for intellectual property rights
DÜRFEN WIR VORSTELLEN: CLOUS
Clous is an emerging Fraunhofer spin-off and has the vision to become the B2B platform for engineering services through its technology. Founded in December 2019, already a few months later the very well-known investor APX (Axel Springer Porsche GmbH & Co. KG) invested in the team around the two founders Claas Blume and Thomas Vorsatz.
The core of clous is their technology, which automatically splits complex CAD designs into smaller and independently solvable tasks and reassembles them after successful processing. In this way, clous opens up completely new perspectives, especially for medium-sized companies in mechanical and plant engineering. A new type of collaboration makes it possible to optimize internal processes, seamlessly integrate service providers from all over the world and also meet the new needs for remote work.
